Onkyo TX-SR806 7.1 Channel Home Theater Receiver (Black) Immediately

This is my first receiver so maybe this review can't make any diference.. BUT.. I have to say sound is really great and it has a lot of features that you can enjoy.
Video:
This is one of the few receviers that can put any video input up to 1080p.
Audio:
130 watts per channel is just what you need, in any case you can buy a 100 or 110 watts per channel witout notice the diference because watts are not lineal to decibels.. so 100 or 130 watts is almost the same BUT you have to check the distorsion level.. this recevier has a little distorsion at 95% volume.. which is great because sound still clear and you can hear voice, metal, or anything very good and clear.
Power:
I use this receiver with "energy" speakers, this speakers are Klipsch family, 200 watts rms, great sound.. We test this reciver+speakers vs Bose Accoustimass 16+Marantz 130 watts, and Bose can't do nothig vs this system... Great sound, very clear, super power, etc, etc.. Bose Accoustimass was powered by a Marantz 8 series with 130 watts... I'm really, mean really pleased i didn't buy the Bose Accoustimass...

You must have this receiver and this speakers..

This receiver is a 7.1 channel, so I'm going to have 5.1 in the master room (movies, tv, etc) and the other 2 channel in the living room, this 2 channel are goig to be conected to a 10" subwoofer and then to the speakers.. I did all the test and work just great.. If you want to have a subwoofer in the second area you just have to buy a subwoofer with speaker conections and that all.. there is your 7.1 receiver working as a 7.2.

Sorry about my English.. viva Mexico jajajaGet more detail about Onkyo TX-SR806 7.1 Channel Home Theater Receiver (Black).
